INVIA is known for its superior customer support and training. Our product specialists are certified nuclear medicine technologists with more than 80 combined years of clinical experience. They have worked with large world-class hospitals and small physician-run clinics, and have the experience and knowledge to provide solutions for a diverse range of needs. Our partners and customers have direct access to our product specialists to answer 4DM related questions and to assist with customizing 4DM configurations. With an active Maintenance Agreement, 4DM users have access to INVIA Support and the User Center located on the INVIA website. Both of these resources assure that 4DM is used to its full potential and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
