Our partners and customers have direct access to our product specialists to answer 4DM related questions and to assist with customizing 4DM configurations. With an active Maintenance Agreement, 4DM users have access to INVIA Support and the User Center located on the INVIA website. Both of these resources assure that 4DM is used to its full potential and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
