For urgent matters, call 734.205.1231 x1. An urgent example would be that patients cannot be launched in 4DM due to license failure or an installation issue.

Non urgent examples:

There is a display problem:

  • Due to Normal Database not matching
  • Due to data type or data labeling
  • Due to lack of image QA or poor quality images
  • Due to Preference settings
  • Any other inquiry that is not on the "urgent" list

Need more than just support? Use this form to request INVIA training at your site or renew your maintenance agreement. Note that for our international customers, INVIA provides training remotely.

Driving Directions from Detroit Metro Airport

  • Take I-94 West directly from the airport to State Street (Exit 177) (approx. 25 miles).
  • Exit at 177 and turn right onto State Street.
  • Go approximately 1/2 mile until you reach Eisenhower Parkway.
  • Turn right onto Eisenhower Parkway.
  • Go to the next stop light (Boardwalk St.).
  • Turn right on Boardwalk Street.
  • Entrance to parking for 3025 Boardwalk Street is the first drive on the left.
  • The office is located in the NCMS building on the second floor.
