How To Apply

The cover letter should tell us your career preferences and objectives. If an appropriate position is not currently available, we encourage you to submit your resume for future consideration.

Our Interview Process

If you are selected for an interview after you submit your resume, your initial interview will be a screening interview. The recruiter will assess your skills versus the skills that INVIA is seeking. This interview is typically done by telephone, with the objective to assess your skills, objectives and personality versus the skills, job responsibilities and culture that INVIA is seeking.

Candidates proceed to a second interview when a potential fit is determined.  This interview is in person at INVIA’s office, and may last several hours.  During the interview, the candidate will meet with several employees at varying positions, to provide an understanding of operations and working environment.  In certain cases, a second, more focused, in-person interview may be requested.

Once the interviews are complete, a company representative will contact you with the decision.
