Enhanced DICOM Multi-frame Screen Capture (MFSC) Support

Capture and save cine loops in DICOM format so you can review myocardial function in a PACS environment that doesn’t provide 4DM.

New Feature: Fusion of CTA Coronary Vessels

Fusion of 3D LV surface models with CTA extracted coronary vessels allows you to review functional and anatomical studies in a single image with CT coronary angiograms combined with perfusion 3D displays.

New Feature: Tomographic Quality Control (Raw QC Screen)

Perform detailed evaluations of the integrity of gated and ungated radionuclide tomographic image data utilizing raw cine review, sinograms, count histograms, and beat histograms.

New Feature: Calcium Scoring Quantification

Fully integrated coronary calcium analysis for SPECT/CT, PET/CT, or stand alone CT studies.

  • Manual vessel assignment
  • Quantification of Agatston score, volume, and number of lesions
  • Definable Hounsfield unit threshold

New Feature: Composite Results Files

4DM saves a single result file. Access all results in a single file for easy sharing, transferring and archiving.

New Feature: Viability Screen

The Vaibility screen integrates the quantification of viable tissue in a single application for both PET and SPECT to provide a better noninvasive prediction of Cath results.

New Feature: Dyssynchrony Screen

This new screen assesses the phases of contraction for the left ventricle utilizing the contractility histogram and contractility 2D and 3D Polar Maps. Analysis of regional and global contraction patterns in the left ventricle can help identify those patients who may benefit from Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy.

Enhanced Data Export User Preferences

Enhanced functionality and configurability for save Data Preferences and Screen Capture Preferences. Users can define global settings for saving data and taking screen captures, eliminating the need to define the same preferences for every patient study.

New Features: MUGA and Reserve Screens

  1. With the MUGA Screen quantify and review gated planar datasets.
  2. With the Reserve Screen quantify and review PET Coronary Flow Reserve (CFR) datasets. CFR reduces the potential to underestimate the full extent of disease by quantifying the absolute blood flow for each of the vascular territories and globally.

New Features: Multi-Monitor Support and Automatic Workflow Selection

  • 4DM can display on multiple monitors, increasing efficiency in reading studies by viewing any combination of 4DM screens at one time. Compare images, quantifications, and reports side-by-side for thorough study interpretation.

  • 4DM automatically determines the workflow to display based on the dataset(s) loaded. Save time loading workflows.

New Feature: Automated Reconstruction with Motion Correction of SPECT datasets

4DM automatically corrects and reconstructs SPECT datasets, with manual adjustment available. Technologists  can perform all reconstruction and quantification from within 4DM – save valuable time and increases efficiency.

New Feature: Motion Correction for Dynamic Cardiac PET Datasets

With the Coronary Flow Reserve (CFR) option manually correct dynamic datasets by adjusting individual frames to account for patient motion.

Enhanced 4DM Reporting Interface

4DM’s reporting interface is completely overhauled and includes multiple time-saving features to help physicians create, edit, and finalize reports. Reports can be started or edited independently from 4DM, and prior to images being acquired.

New Feature: Inflammatory Screen

Utilize 4DM’s Inflammatory screen to measure inflammation and

activity in the heart. This screen provides regional and global results to identify normal, infarct, and mixed tissue versus inflamed tissue and is useful in identifying the presence and extent of cardiac sarcoidosis.

Floating Licenses

Floating Licenses enable your site to use 4DM in flexible, cost effective ways to best fit your operations. With 4DM’s Floating Licenses solution, your site can save money by purchasing a lower number of licenses – only buy licenses to meet simultaneous user needs, which often times is less than an organization’s total number of 4DM users.

Optimize the use of office space and scheduling of personnel, which are no-longer constrained by fixed workstations. Floating licenses can be optimal for all types of sites including large hospital complexes, medical centers, and even small clinics. Set-ups can vary, with 4DM Personal, Integrated and fixed licenses all incorporated into the same configuration.

Multi-Monitor Displays

Three monitors showing 4DM

4DM Personal version 2012 and higher supports up to four displays within one instance of the application. With this feature, you can improve your organization's workflow, from processing through reporting and compare images, quantifications, and reports side-by-side for thorough study interpretation.

4DM's Multi-Monitor support also increases efficiency in reading studies by allowing users to view any combination of 4DM screens at one time. Input report information while reviewing study result screens.

With 4DM’s multi-monitor support you now have the ability to increase review / reporting quality while further optimizing your workflow.

4DM Speaks Your Language

4DM is translated into over 20 languages.

With 4DM Personal, customizing your application to display in a different language is a simple selection within the 4DM browser screen. To ease the transition to 4DM, your INVIA Product Specialist can also set 4DM to display in your native language.
