Problem
Solution
No datasets are displayed when Corridor4DM is started.
Check that the selected datasets are compatible with Corridor4DM. For a list of acceptable datasets, see Supported Datasets.
Corridor4DM did not load all of the selected datasets.
The automatch criteria may not match the SeriesID names. To load the datasets, change the automatch criteria as described in Study Matching Strings or the SeriesID name of the study.
Corridor4DM is not automatching the desired datasets.
The desired automatching criteria can be specified using the Study Matching Strings page from the Preferences dialog. In order for automatching to be successful, follow consistent file naming conventions. Corridor4DM uses the SeriesID to determine which files to automatch.
Many of the review screens are unavailable.
Ensure that the datasets are processed. Unprocessed datasets will display in the Setup screen and no other screens are available until the dataset is processed.
The normals database files available in the Database menu do not include the vendor supplied Corridor4DM normals database files.
Check that the database files are active using the Normal Databases page in the Preferences section.
The statistical information displayed in the Polarmaps screen seems inaccurate.
There are several things to check here:
•Check that the appropriate Normals file is selected. Refer to Acquisition protocols for detailed information on the acquisition parameters required for using the database files.
•Check that the standard deviation threshold is appropriate. Changing the standard deviation threshold can have significant impact on the statistical results.
•Ensure that the limit lines are accurately set. See Setup Screen for information on setting the limit lines and Pmap-QA Screen for information on fine tuning the basal limit line setting.
When selecting different datasets from the Study Selector, Corridor4DM returns to the Setup screen.
Not all of the datasets are processed. If you want to process all datasets from all loaded patient studies simultaneously, select the Process All button in the Setup Screen.
A common colormap is unavailable.
Check the Colorbar Menus and Settings page in the Preferences dialog to ensure that the desired colormap has been selected as an option.
