We have two levels of support available to users.

All of the medical device companies and distributors who are licensed to sell Corridor4DM provide support and support contracts for 4DM as part of the complete system your organization purchased. They are the best place for you to turn to for support and functionality questions. Their medical information systems and camera operating systems typically are highly integrated, with various applications and functionality so seamless and interdependent, that lines are blurred as to where one program ends and the other begins. Those support teams are trained in all of the integrated applications, and as a result could most likely pinpoint and resolve your issue, regardless of where it originated.

If this course does not resolve the issue you are confronting in a timely manner, and the support issue is specific to a Corridor4DM (or earlier version), you can contact INVIA for additional support by completing the “contact” form. In the “Comments” field, please provide:

  • the hardware and software system that you are using,
  • which version of 4DM is being used, as well as
  • the specific nature of the support issue, including the specific steps leading to the issue.
